Vida IT Limited - Lost item Form

Please use this form to inform Vida IT of non delivery of an item. All our orders are covered up to a minimum of €50 (£41) insurance. Please note that items must be missing over 15 days before a claim can be made. This is to allow for postal delays. If your item has been missing for more than 15 days you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, whichever you desire. This form helps aid us in dealing with the matter in the most efficient manner possible. Please complete the form below and submit it. We will contact you as soon as we receive it.
